Hello,
I am Deniz and looking for a flatmate to share this lovely 2 bedroom flat. The room would suit a professional who is clean, quiet and responsible.
The room comes with bed and built in wardrobe (with internal shelves). There is plenty of storage.
The room and living room both overlook the garden. The kitchen has all the standard offerings including washing machine.
Bills come to approx.: 100 per person pcm (gas, electricity, water, council tax and Broadband)
The flat is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a small block of flats. There is a real community feel, the residents use the gardens/grounds for various leisure activities and everyone is very friendly including our landlord who we liaise with directly. There is also a communal garden with bike storage.
It really is a unique find being at the right end of Highbury New Park for the Tube, Overground and in walking distance of the various amenities of Angel and Holloway Road.
I work in media, enjoy photography, cooking, travelling...
Our landlord will want to meet you and reference checks will need to be completed. The room is available now.
