Flatshare Description

South African mature student looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is bright and airy with lovely views and has a balcony. There is free parking around the flat. The flat has super fast fiber optic broadband and excellent water pressure in the shower. Bills are around 100 month.

The room is also bright and airy and comes fully furnished. Along with a chest of drawers there is a built in closet as well as a wardrobe, which makes for good storage space.

The flat is situated in amongst huge parks, which makes for a pleasant living experience. Kingston is a 25 minute bus ride away. Putney is a 15 minute bus ride away where Putney station is the nearest railway station. Barnes station is a short bus ride away as well. There is a massive Asda 10 minute walk around the corner as well as a couple of Coops and other necessary amenities.

I want a flatmate that is looking for a place they want to make their home and not be strangers in. I always endeavour to be a considerate housemate. I am neat and tidy and clean and would like someone who is the same.

A referencing check will be done for proof of sufficient income to cover the rent. The income can be made up of different sources. A UK based guarantor is also acceptable. There is a 6 month break clause in the tenancy.

I know it's a tricky time to be moving during this COVID-19 business. I am happy to do a video and give a virtual tour in the first instance before arranging a viewing. I will endeavour for it to be a safe viewing experience as well.
