Hi everyone, we're looking for a relaxed and laid back individual (preferably female to balance the house) to rent a double room in our 4 bed house From the 1st of February, based in Tottenham (N17) between seven sister station and Tottenham hale station. The house is pretty big and it has a garden, the room itself is a decent double (with a single mattress) for a single use (furnished) at 3m by 4m and we do have a separate kitchen and living room. We are 3 ITALIANS, me Claudio (31, living in the house almost 9 years), Aurelio (34, living in the house almost 6 years) and a female Giada (32, the newest, living in the house almost a year). Ideally we are looking for someone to connect with and be part of the family but as long as you are clean and tidy and able to respect privacy you are more than welcome to come and have a look. The house is a family house its a perfect house for people that are looking to find a peaceful place and wants to feel like home. We do have a beautiful cat (Scrotina) if you love pets, but don't worry she is very well taken care of. We do have weekly Cleaning Duty rota and wed like to keep it that way. The house is very well connected between tubes trains and buses (h24) (5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from the bas stops and 10 minutes from the tubes (Tottenham hale and seven sisters station).
