The double bedroom, situated on the second floor, is west facing and looks out on a row of Victorian terrace gardens.
The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent lounge are situated on the first floor. The shared bathroom is large with a walk-in shower and bath.

NEIGHBOURHOOD and AMENITIES
If you are in need of an urban and creative buzz, Church Street and Dalston Kingsland High Street are both 8 minutes away, with independent cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and music venues, along with the legendary Rio cinema.
A great lock-down perk of living here is the easy access to a diverse range of happy making escapes to calm green spaces, open skies and water ways. Very close to home are Butterfield Green - a 2 minute walk away, with Clissold Park, Abney Park Cemetery and Hackney Down Park 8 minutes away.
