The area is well connected with very frequent buses (76, 21, 141) leaving right outside every few minutes, taking you in either direction to Old Street (Northern line) or Highbury (Victoria line), as well as to Moorgate / Bank. You'll be a 10 minute walk to Old Street tube or 15 minutes to Angel/Upper Street, making it really easy to get around.
The area (usually) offers a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and pubs, as well as bars etc around Old St area. There's also a good range of gyms and fitness centres relatively close by.
The current tenant is a Polish guy in his mid-30s who has his own interior decorating company - happy to meet and chat with you, and answer any questions.
