Flatsharing with one male (Av) age 30ish looking for 25-45
Thank you for reading my ad.
Im a professional, 30 y. o. guy looking to share a 2-bedroom apartment in central London (Barbican) with another non-smoking, full-time professional aged 25-45 y. o.
The room is available on 1st September for a long-term let only (+6 months). Viewings will be taking place over the coming weeks.
Ideally, Id be looking to share the flat with a clean, tidy individual, who values their down-time at home, would want to come home at the end of the day to a relaxing environment and prefers to socialise outside the flat.
About the property:
The property is spread over two floors with East/West aspects. There is plenty of light in the bedrooms and common areas.
The first floor has a spacious lounge and open plan kitchen with westward views facing private, lakes and gardens.
The bedrooms are on the second floor. There is one toilet and one bathroom, both shared.
The bedroom available comes furnished and is very spacious (approximately 3.5m x 3.6m). Its got a large built in wardrobe, a double bed, a bedside unit, and a set of shelves.
All the rooms in the flat have floor to ceiling windows. There's a private balcony in the living room. The flat is carpeted and has under-floor heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, kettle, toaster, fridge and washing machine.
The flat has high-speed broadband, though no TV.
The rent is 900/month with deposit and a month in advance required on signing the contract.
Monthly bills (Council Tax, Water, Electricity and Broadband) come on top and add up to about 150/month. So, your monthly total budget should be around 1,050.
The nearest tube stations to the property are Moorgate, St. Pauls, Barbican, Liverpool Street and Bank stations. All within a 2-5 mins walk.
Residents have private access to the lakes, gardens and tennis courts within the complex.
The Barbican is a safe and centrally located (Zone 1) estate, located next to the City / financial district.
There are various supermarkets close by (Waitrose, M&S, Tesco) and plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area.
The Barbican Centre has an arts centre, art-house cinemas and is home to the LSO and RSC.
The property is located a short walk from all the bars and restaurants around Smithfield market, Spitalfields/Hoxton Square/Shoreditch and the West End.
References and credit checks are required to sign a lease.
If interested in coming over to view the room, drop me a line with a few details about yourself and any questions you might have.
Thank you and speak soon!
