Flatsharing with two females (Av) age 28ish looking for 25-35
This is a kind, open, friendly and accepting household. The current tenants enjoy socialising with BBQs/films/game nights, though also respect one anothers privacy and space. Guests/partners/friends are welcome to stay over within reason and with a heads up to the rest of the housemates. We like to keep the house clean and tidy and have a cleaning rota for shared spaces within the house.
The house has a large lounge, dining room and a smaller galley kitchen on the ground floor, with one bedroom and a downstairs loo. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and a separate tumble dryer. On the first floor are the three further bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower head), a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet (3 toilets in total). The house boasts a wonderful garden with outdoor seating and storage for bicycles. The house has on street permit parking, for which costs are very reasonable.
One bedroom in question is on the first floor of the property and comes with a Double Bed and a Chest of drawers. It has a nice big window looking out over the garden.
The other bedroom is also on the first floor and also comes with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.
The house is a 10-minute walk/ 2-minute bus journey from Wood Green station which is served by the Piccadilly Line, reaching Kings Cross in 16 mins (approx 30 mins from the house). Alternatively, there is Bowes Park station which is equidistance and is served by Great Northern National Rail.
Wood Green centre is a lovely, busy town with many shops and restaurants. It is very close to Alexandra Palace; hosting great events and boasting incredible views of the city. The house is a 2-minute walk to Tesco Express, plus many other amenities including a post office.
The monthly rent is 546.78 per month and it is paid on the 18th of each month directly to the lead tenant. Dependant on which date the new tenant moves in, a proportion of the rent will be calculated and payable to the departing tenant to reflect their departure.
The rent excludes bills, which are as follows:
11 per month for water
8.20 per month for internet
52 per month for council tax
9.97 per quarter for tv license
Gas and electricity bills are dependent on usage. This year the quarterly bills have been between 35-170 per person depending on season.
The bills are managed by all housemates in the household, with each in charge of a separate aspect.
The deposit is 680.00 and is to be paid to the tenant that is leaving the house.
Both rooms will be available from the 1st of May.
