The room is a large single/small double room measuring approximately 4m x 3.5m. It can comfortably fit a double bed, desk and some bookshelves. Additionally, there is a built in wardrobe for storage, and also a wash basin with a cupboard underneath. The room is carpeted, clean and well kept, and benefits from a lot of light.
We are a household of three men, aged in our 30s-40s. The bathroom is large with plenty of room for drying laundry. The kitchen is of a good size, clean and all appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, numerous cupboards and an electric cooker) are in good condition. There is a smaller bathroom downstairs but it is generally used by the tenant whose bedroom is next to the kitchen. Please note, there is NO living room or garden. The hallway has room for up to four bikes.
We have a BT landline and Infinity broadband with reliable wifi.
The property is situated approximately halfway between Finsbury Park and Crouch End, c.15 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines, national rail services) up Stroud Green Rd and 5 minutes from both Crouch Hill and Harringay overground stations. Good bus connections (W3, W7, 210 etc.); plenty of small shops, supermarkets, pubs and independent restaurants just a short walk from the house. Finsbury Park and the Parkland Walk are two nearby green spaces.
As mentioned, the rent is 550 per calendar month not inclusive of bills (council tax, gas, electricity and water, landline/broadband, tv licence) which, per person, are:
Council tax (41.00 per month), water (9.50 per month), internet (approx. 12.50 per month), gas & electricity (approx. 80 - 130 per quarter depending on the time of year). One months rent is required up front as a deposit payable to our landlord Mr Patel who also owns the Londis supermarket beneath the flat.
