Flatshare Description

Were looking for someone great to join us in this wonderful home on Farleigh Road, Dalston/Stoke Newington, it is a true home, beautifully quiet, homely and in a great area. It is perfectly located close to trendy Dalston bars and close to Church Street in Stoke Newington which has great restaurants and a Farmers market on a Saturday.

The is room available from 2nd June 2020 (latest move in by 19th June), is a great sized double room with lots of storage, in our 3 bedroom flatshare. The bright room has comfy double bed, built in wardrobe, fixed shelving units and wooden floorboards.

The flat is set over the top 2 floors of a Victorian town house, theres a massive living room with open fireplace for log fire evenings, a large separate sit-in kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas cooker etc. plus a little suntrap roof terrace.

Youll be moving in with two girls, one in TV post-production and one in law were both very easy going, sociable, considerate and lead busy lives.

The flat is 10 mins walking distance from Dalston Kingsland overground which will get you to Highbury and Islington in 5 mins / 5 mins from Rectory Road station that goes straight to Liverpool street.

Rent is 920 per month (due on 20th of the month) and includes bills: water, gas, electric, council tax, broadband, TV license, Netflix, Now TV, weekly cleaner, communal household items (toilet paper, washing powder, cleaning products, olive oil etc.). Depending which day you move in, the first rent payment will be for the remaining of the month, then a month in advance from the 20th June. The security deposit is 1050.

We are doing video interviews and walk-throughs initially and arrange for people to view if they are interested in the room.
