There's a nice comfy double room in a three storey brick building.
The flat has two bedrooms, open plan kitchen living room beautifully decorated with wooden floor. High ceilings and large sash windows provide ample of the daylight. And there is a balcony too catching the afternoon/evening sun.
Its located in Stoke Newington, 3min away from Stoke Newington Church Street that has lots of great local places for food and drinks.
The nearest station is a 4 min walk to the Stoke Newington overground. You can also catch a Victoria line from Seven Sisters for travels to the south (two stops via overground). The bus stop is very close, plenty of choices 73, 243, 76, 106, 467, 276.
You'll be sharing the flat with myself; I work in architecture. I am looking for a professional that is cool, chilled, and tidy. Surely, would be great if we'd share interests in the arts.
The flat is available end of June. Monthly bills come around 100 on top of the rent.
If you are interested in seeing the flat, please write a bit about yourself and we'll arrange the viewing.
