Our two lovely housemates are moving on to new adventures, so were looking for two new people (preferably between the ages of 35-48) to join our beautiful, spacious Stoke Newington home. We have two good sized doubles with windows overlooking trees and gardens. Both are available 20th September (this is a fixed date, please see below). Our flat is on a quiet, leafy road, minutes from Clissold Park and the bustle of shops and restaurants on Stoke Newington Church Street in one direction, and Newington Green in the other. There are good links into the city centre.
Currently two lovely ladies (a psychotherapist and graphic designer) share this spacious four-bedroom Victorian conversion. Communal areas include kitchen overlooking gardens, good sized bathroom, an extra toilet, and a large, airy sitting/ dining room with a bay window.
Calm spaces in the city can be hard find, and so we really value this area and household as a peaceful place, and one where we are respectful, thoughtful, and caring of each other and our environment. This is very much a home. We often do our own thing, but equally enjoy a cup of tea and chat when the mood strikes. We would love to hear from others who resonate with this.
Room 1 is 610 pm + 1 month deposit (the layout of this room is currently slightly different from the photo, but the essentials are the same). Room 2 is slightly larger and 625 pm + 1 month deposit . Both are part-furnished. The rent includes council tax and water rates. All other bills are not included.
The move in date of the 20th September is unfortunately non-negotiable, as we will be signing a new contract on that day. Please do not apply if you are unable to commit to that date. Please also note, the rooms are for single occupancy only.
Because of the coming and goings of summer, viewings will be held on a few different dates: Saturday 17th August (afternoon), Wednesday 21st August (evening), and the first few days of September, exact times to be confirmed.
