Flatshare Description
We are looking for a sociable and tidy young professional to fill up the third room of our friendly house share, someone who is seeking a home, rather than a place to stay.
The room is very spacious, bright and part-furnished, with a view of our lovely garden. Furniture in the bedroom includes: a double bed and a clothes rail.
This two storey furnished house is roomy, it includes one bathroom/toilet, a big kitchen and a large cosy living room. We use the service of a cleaner every two weeks for these communal areas.
When the sun is out, we like to hang out in the garden for sunbathing sessions and BBQs, and when it isnt sunny were still out there around our firepit!
The neighbourhood is calm and safe, a 15min walk from the excitement of Stoke Newington Church Street, and surrounded by lots of social distancing friendly green spaces.
The closest tube station is Manor House (Piccadilly line), which is a 20min walk or very quick bus journey away, and Stamford Hill overground station is around the corner with trains running to Liverpool Street.
You'd share the house with two girls, Indian (30) and French (33), both working at digital design agencies. We like socialising, going out, and always enjoy a nice dinner with friends - even if that has to be on Zoom or outdoors for now!
Rent is 730 including bills, and the room is available from 1st March.
