Flatshare Description

South African mature student looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is bright and airy with stunning views looking out over the tree tops on one side and over the city on the other. The balcony is ideal to step outside and watch the sunset from. There is free parking around the flat. The grounds around the flat are very well maintained and home to lots of entertaining squirrels. The flat has super fast fiber optic broadband and excellent water pressure in the shower. Bills are around 100 pounds in the winter and around 80 pounds in the summer.

The room is also bright and airy with a lovely view. The room comes fully furnished. Along with a chest of drawers there is a built in closet as well as a wardrobe, which makes for good storage space.

The flat is situated in amongst huge parks, which makes for a pleasant living experience. Kingston is a 25 minute bus ride away. Putney is a 15/20 minute bus ride away where Putney station is the nearest railway station. However Barnes station is a short bus ride away as well. There is a massive Asda 10 minute walk around the corner as well as a couple of Coops and other necessary amenities.

I preferably want a flatmate that is looking for a place they want to make their home and not be strangers in. Someone with a love for playing UNO is a plus. I always endeavour to be a considerate housemate. I am particularly neat and tidy and clean and would like someone who is the same.

The agency does do a referencing check for proof of sufficient income to cover the rent. But the income can be made up of different sources. If on benefits then proof of additional incoming funds or proof of spare funds you've got lying around somewhere will also be required. However a UK based guarantor is also acceptable.

I know it's a tricky time to be moving during this COVID-19 business. I am happy to do a video call or any kind of modern technological thing first before arranging a viewing. I will endeavour for it to be a safe viewing experience as well.
