The flat is just 2 minutes away from Primrose Hill park and includes one living room, one bathroom (with bath/shower), one kitchen (with washing machine, gas cooker/stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster) and broadband shared between flatmates.
The rent is 750 with bills included, accept for a monthly 25 charge for a cleaner (Currently suspended with Covid). One month deposit is required by the landlady who lives in Devon but occasionally visits London and uses the living room to sleep for a night or two.
