We are looking for a female flatmate, professional, to join the three of us, in this lovely Muswell Hill flat. It's in a great location, quiet and just off the Broadway. Highgate Wood and Alexandra Park within walking distance.
The room on offer is a small double/large single, rented as 'unfurnished', with enough space to take a double bed. There are two bathrooms (one bath and one shower), so you only share with one other person. We've also got a large patio garden at the back of the house.
The rent is 433, Council Tax & Water rates 57 per person. Utility bills are split between 4, so it always works out at a manageable amount each.
NB. We don't have a living room (which is why the rent is so reasonable for this part of town!) but we do have a large kitchen, where we do most of our entertaining.
We have Broadband and all the modern conveniences (central heating, washing machine, fridge-freezer etc.)
The nearest stations are: 5 min bus ride to Highgate, or 15 min bus ride to Finsbury Park. Good bus connections out of Muswell Hill in every direction.
