There is also a shed for storage, parking right outside (permits needed) and a communal garden, allotment and community centre.
The flat has lots of natural lighting and open space. It's two minutes from London Fields lido, lots of residential pubs with good craft beers and broadway market. Dalston, Clapton and Hackney Central are all within 15-minutes walk.
Would consider short and long-term lets.
About me: I'm a journalist - researcher. I enjoy the creative industries: music, film, performance arts. At home, I like cooking and enjoy a social meal and / or drink. I have an indoor ping-pong table too! If you enjoy decorating, you're welcome to make the place your own.
