Hello! We are Manuela and Tais and we have two rooms available to rent in our beautiful four-bed house from January 31st (flexible).
Sadly Nicole & Roop decided to leave due the current pandemic situation. :(
About the rooms:
Bedroom 1- Upstairs 620 plus bills - King size bed, 1 large white wardrobe (behind door in picture), x2 chests of draws & dressing table. Room will be repainted
Bedroom 2- Upstairs 595 plus bills- Double bed, built in coloured wardrobes (landlord will repaint in white), draws, large window overlooking the garden. Room will be repainted
A bit about the house:
The house comes with a recently redecorated communal living room, a 50TV, two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The broadband wifi is Virgin Media fiberoptic and strong enough to support working from home .
Separately, you'll find a modern kitchen, with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the private garden, with two tables and 12 chairs. There is also storage in three sheds, one big enough to store 2/3 bikes.
Remaining storage can be found in the deep cupboards under the stairs.
We share one large bathroom, with a powerful free-standing shower and a separate bath.
The house in a great location on a quiet street (Dunelm Street)
Transport links are great, within a 10 minute walk is
- Limehouse DLR, for direct lines to Bank, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, City Airport and Lewisham.
- Stepney Green, for Hammersmith and City lines and District Lines, plus Asda, pubs and restaurants.
A 15 minute walk from the property takes you to
- Whitechapel, where you'll find incredible pubs like Blind Beggar, huge two-story Sainsburys, local fish market, Nandos and other chain restaurants.
- Bethnal Green, a wealth of eateries exist here, plus pubs, bars and links for the central line.
We also live a 5 minute walk from Regents Canals, we have enjoyed walks to Victoria Park, London Fields, Dalston and Limehouse.
Ideally we are looking for people to take over the rooms from February 1st 2021. Bills come to around 70 pp per month.
References will be required, along with a security deposit equivalent to one month rent
About us:
We are on our thirties, Manuela is originally from Germany but she have quite literally lived all over the globe. I am originally from Spain but i've been living in London for the last 11 years. We both love to socialise and to share a glass of wine!
