Flatshare Description
We have available a big double room in Leyton for single use from the 28th of February (if you need to move in ealier there is some flexibility and you can discuss this with the current tenant) .
The room is on the ground floor and have a window that looks onto the garden. It comes with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelves etc.
The price of the room is 500 per month (500 deposit too) and some bills to pay separately (around 30 pounds per month depending on use). No need of references etc.
The house was refurbished recently (new floors, carpets, paint, furniture, washing machine, fridges etc).
The house is in a quiet secondary road. It's a big house with 3 more rooms (4 people in total) with 2 full bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), a separate living room, dining room and kitchen (with 2 fridges, washing machine etc), a basement (perfect to storage your bike) and a sunny south-facing garden! The flatmates are all professionals with different shifts, so the house is quiet and we keep it clean and tidy, so we are looking to someone similar to us. The people in the house is very friendly but this is not a party house.
The house is 10min walking from the tube station (Leyton, Central Line), there is a GP around the corner, in the main street there is a pharmacy, Tesco, Sainsburys, local shops, pubs and restaurants and 10min walking from the house you can find a huge Asda, Poundland, TkMaxx, Gym etc.
