One large double room is available in an stunning and friendly semi-detached Victorian House. The rent is 600 including bills, and available immediately.

The rent stated above includes the following bills - Council tax, Water, Electricity & Gas, and TV licence. The internet is 12 extra. The house is fully furnished and is in excellent condition. The room is fully furnished, including wardrobe and a double bed.

We require a professional preferably between the ages of 23-45 to join our established house-share in our stunning semi-detached Victorian house. (Sorry no couples, smokers or pets!). There is currently two British professional males and and one female, in their late 20s/early 30s, living in the house. We would like likeminded, tidy, friendly and responsible professional to join this established houseshare. The lease agreement is very flexible requiring only a minimum 6 week minimum notice period. However, despite the very flexible lease agreement terms, most of the housemates have being living in the house for several years.

The house has a separate dining room, separate lounge, large separate kitchen, two showers/bathrooms, 3 WC's, and a spare room available for guests. The house is situated on a very safe and quiet tree lined road.

The address of the house is Slaithwaite Road, Lewisham, SE13 6DJ and is located within Zone 2. It is about a 5 minute walk to Lewisham station, a 15 minute walk to Blackheath and a 20 minute walk to Greenwich. The trains from Lewisham take about 10 minutes to London Bridge, 14 minutes to Waterloo East, 15 minutes to Charing Cross, 20 minutes to Victoria. Lewisham is also at the end of the Docklands Light Railway and in Zone 2. The DLR will take you to Bank station in under 30 minutes and Canary Wharf in under 20 minutes.
