We have a double bedroom for rent from February 1st in a 3 bedroom flat located at the top floor of a period house with a shared garden to share with 2 females.
The flat is situated inbetween Camden and Kentish Town, it's a residential road but you have all the bars and restaurant round the corner.
Kentish town is a filled with young families and young workers.
There is a big Sainsbury down the road, Whole food, Earth Food, Waitress, Marks & Spencer and Tesco. also countless independent coffee shops and restaurants.
The area is well connected with buses, 20 min to the West end, overground, and underground.
Bedroom Furniture:
the room has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe
Flat:
Kitchen: Wifi, Washing Machine and Dryer, Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Gas Hob and Microwave and Fridge Freezer.
Bathroom: Shower, One Toilet, Sink and Towel Dryer.
Contract: Rent is 650 a month plus bills (internet, tv, Council Tax, Gas, Elec, Water) around 100 a month depending on winter months.
The deposit is 800 payable to a secure deposit fund.
Our landlord requires proof of employment and previous landlord recommendation.
The contract runs for a year and is flexible as long as a replacement is found. The new lease on the 1st of April and are looking for only a long term tenant.
