Original plan fell through so we need someone to move in ASAP!!! Move in is as early as tomorrow!!!
Its a lovely HUGE room that was originally designed to be the living room. Room is furnished with :
1 double bed
3 drawers/chests
1 wardrobe
2 couches
1 coffee table
1 closet
1 full body mirror
Youll be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with myself and two other full time students. We all currently study at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. We are musicians and theatre technicians who love to hang out together with some wine and board games every now and then.
The flat is within walking distance from Kentish Town station, and pretty close to Camden Town too. Shops, pharmacy and post office right outside. The landlord lives downstairs and has been very responsive to all our requests and problems.
Rent is 600 per month but NEGOTIABLE!!! Bills NOT included. We top up gas and electricity as we go but usually around 30 - 50 per month. We prefer someone whos also a full time student, but since the move in date is so close, anyone is welcomed to contact us!!!
Please notice that there's a 613 deposit you have to pay the previous roommate when you move in, and you'll get the money back from the agency when you move out.
