This amazing house on a quiet and leafy street in a prime location close to Kensal Green tube and Kensal Rise overground, is just a few minutes' walk to the high street with great cafes, pubs & bars, boutiques, and shops. Queen's Park and the canals are close by and it's a friendly and safe neighbourhood.

Inside, the 3 story period house is large with airy and light-filled spaces. It is stylishly and comfortably furnished with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture as well as contemporary art. The spacious house has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, dining room, kitchen and separate breakfast area. There is a big welcoming garden adjacent to the kitchen, complete with apple and pear trees. The double bedroom available is bright and airy, fully furnished.

We are professionals and firm friends who have lived together for four years. Im a documentary maker, Giulia is film producer and were looking for a fun and friendly flatmate to share this warm, wonderful house. It would suit a professional who is sociable, tidy, considerate and happy to live in a lively home. We do share meals, but also give each-other space - which is easy in such a big house!
