We are Inka (32) and Elsi (28), 2 females working in TV (production & post-production), and we are looking for a third flatmate in a lovely houseshare in Essex Road. The house does not have a shared lounge, but the rooms are a good size and there is a big kitchen that allows us to sit down as a household for a glass of wine and a meal! Additionally, there is a shower room and a separate toilet, but for this bargain of a price and location, we haven't been too bothered about this!

We are pretty outgoing and like to socialise, but equally, enjoy the downtime - during the pandemic we have adjusted to working from home pretty well. We would like you to be around the same age as us, a professional, clean and responsible person, either female or male!

Essex Road is situated conveniently between Angel and Essex Road station which both are around 5 minutes away by foot, Upper Street is just around the corner with all the cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs and Highbury & Islington station is 10 min walk away.

The rent for the double room is just 635 (!!!!) and the bills come to around 100 on top of that. Deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent and the first months' rent is payable prior to move-in. The due date for rent and bills is the 14th of each month. The landlord is private and therefore there are no additional costs in moving in, just references from a landlord and employer + 3 months bank statements.
