Flatshare Description

This absolutely stunning and enormous loft room is available from 2 August.

The bedroom is on the top floor of a lovely 3-story house and is the largest room in the house. It's incredibly bright and airy, with two large windows and features slanted eaves which gives it lots of character.

The room comes with a queen size bed, double wardrobe, and an Ikea shelving / storage unit - so plenty of space for your things.

The room also has a very large fitted workspace / desk which spans the entire width of the room, and has 3 shelving units and a set of drawers. Since lockdown, my room has doubled up as my workspace, and it's certainly big enough to work brilliantly in that capacity.

You'll be sharing with Rob and Andy, both 38 year old professional Brits who have lived in this house over 5 years. They're super friendly and sociable, very respectful, good fun and tidy.

The boy's bedrooms are both on the ground floor, where there is also a master bathroom which you will share with one person (the other room is ensuite). The bathroom has just been retiled, and has a full sized bath with overhead shower.

Also on the ground floor is a utility room with the washing machine and some storage space.

Up the stairs on the 1st floor is a large, bright an airy open living space, with two windows to the front, and two to the rear. There's a corner sofa that doubles up as big sofa bed for guests, a large TV, a well stocked cocktail cabinet and a piano - lovely space for chilling or entertaining!

There are lovely feature glass bricks that separate the living space from the modern kitchen with everything you'd expect to find. Dishwasher, micro, gas hob & oven and coffee machine.

Your bedroom spans the whole of the top floor, so you get tons of privacy. It's rear-facing into a small courtyard, so it's very peaceful at night and super secure.

To the back of the property we have a small patio area with table and chairs in the courtyard which gets the sun in the afternoon. It's a nice community vibe in this area and you'll get to know the neighbours.

Finsbury Park and Arsenal underground stations are both a 5 minute walk away, giving you fast, direct access into the centre (under 15 mins to Oxford Circus). It's also well connected on several bus routes, and National Rail services from Finsbury Park.

Clissold Park and Finsbury Park are both 10 minutes walk away, and you also have Gillespie Park nature reserve on your doorstep. Highbury Fields is also a short walk away.

Rent is 865 + bills which come to approx 120/month. Bills include fast broadband, gas, electric, council tax, TV licence and water and a weekly cleaner.

It's genuinely a jaw dropping room and lovely house - only lovely people need apply :)
