We have a bright bedroom overlooking the back garden in our shared house. The room is not enormous, but it has double bed, good sized wardrobe, desk and easy chair, wood flooring.
The housemates are friendly professionals, average age mid-late 20s. Mainly English, with one Scot and one French. They are getting on well together in lockdown. Occupations include TV research, Design, Charity, Hotel management and Airline staff.
Each room has a desk and there is a shared living room and a garden with table, handy for working in good weather! Bikes can be kept securely in the back garden, with side access.
Shared space includes kitchen, sitting room, utility room, 2 bathrooms, WC cloakroom, garden.
A cleaner comes each week. There is fast broadband and all bills are included in the rent.
The house is in a quiet street just 100 metres from Ravenscourt Park, with its tennis courts and playground.
There plenty of interesting independent shops, cafes and restaurants just round the corner on King Street. A few minutes East are the Big shops of Hammersmith, while a few minutes West there are the bars and restaurants of Chiswick. Local Tesco and Sainsbury are both within 5 minutes walk.
Tube stations are Ravenscourt Park 4 minutes, and Hammersmith 12 minutes.
