Looking for a couple or single person to move in.
Hi all! Our housemates are moving out so we have a lovely room to rent in Hackney Wick from March 1st (or sooner) to August 9th 2020 (with option to extend).
It is an open plan 2nd floor flat with a shared living and dining area (12.5m x 4m), as well as a balcony overlooking a large courtyard and canal. You will be sharing with an American couple (26 and 27) and our dog. We are both professionals (T works in graphic design, J works in animal care) who enjoy music, film and beer. The bedroom comes with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a double bed. You will have your own bathroom that includes the washer/dryer (our room has an ensuite).
The flat is in a secure gated development with a 24-hour concierge (yay for no more lost packages!). There is also a car parking space and a permit for the flat if you need it. There are lots of bars and coffee shops in the neighbourhood, and easy access to victoria park, the olympic park and stratford.
The price is 938 for the room, plus a 5-week deposit (bills not included, around 50-60 ppm). Please DM or comment anytime and we can set up viewings - in person or face time.
