The rooms available are bright, airy and clean. It gets plenty of sunshine all day. It's window overlooks either the park or exmouth market and both rooms are super quiet. And we are on the top floor of the building with great views of central London/Canary Wharf.
This is such a lovely flat in the summer. We often sit out of our windows and watch the people go by on Exmouth Market.
Both room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, mirror and desk.
The flat has a continental feel simply because we are based on one of the prettiest, most cosmopolitan streets in London, with its nice restaurants/cafes and pedestrianised path. There is also an amazing food market every day. And a supermarket at the end of the street if you prefer to cook. Plus there is Caf Kick opposite if you fancy some table football. You get to know a lot of the locals here (if you want to) and there is a rare community spirit which is hard to find elsewhere in London.
We are a laid back flat, friendly but also respectful of privacy. I would say we are quite a quiet flat, homely and definitely a safe haven to return to at the end of the working day.
There is no living room - we have to rent out the third room in order to lower the rent and thus afford to live on this very popular/uber pricey street.
Space however is not an issue.
The flat is well looked after and any issue that comes up is immediately addressed by a reliable landlord.
The kitchen is clean with a washing machine and all the other things that kitchens have.
Bathroom has bath, good shower and great views to contemplate whilst showering.
A big park lies just behind our flat and serves as our personal garden in the summer...
We are bang in the middle of the market, equidistant from Kings Cross, Holborn, Angel and Farringdon tubes.
We are a non smoking flat, but if you are happy to smoke out of the window and keep the flat smoke free, then smoking would be fine also.
