We're looking for a fourth person (40+ years old) to share a lovely house in Dartmouth Park. We want someone who is pleasant most of the time (you can be human!), clean, considerate and a bit environmentally friendly, e.g. doesn't mind recycling. The house is generally quite quiet friends over completely fine, ditto partners, odd dinner-party, but we don't want to live with a party animal, not one who parties at home, anyway. The house is a roomy, 3-storey terrace around the corner from Hampstead Heath. It has 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and a large sitting-room. You would share the main kitchen with 2 others. The bedroom is a south-facing double (10x12) on the top floor. It has a lovely view across a green space to the rest of London. It is unfurnished except for a nice chest of drawers, which we can probably find another place for if you need us to. The room is being redecorated in March so will be a mess when you come to see it but lovely by the time you move in. Good bus links within a 2-minute walk. Tube (Kentish Town & Tufnell Park) 15 mins tops. Overground (Gospel Oak) 10ish mins. There's a nice garden where you're welcome to smoke but no smoking in the house please. Great landlady (not resident!). Cat welcome. Council tax and other bills are around (rarely more than) 100 a month. Please tell us a bit about yourself in your reply.The property
