Great size room for one person in Dalston available from 18th of April 2021.The moving date could be anytime from the 18th of April to the 1st of May.
The room is very bright, it comes furnished with a double bed, built-in closet, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk.
There are some items that belong to the house that have to stay, but a lot of bits of furniture were from previous flatmates so it's up to you if you want to keep them.
On the 1st floor, there's a bathroom with a bathtub and shower (shared with the housemates) and a large kitchen/living/dining area.
Everyone in the house works hard during the week, and likes to come home to a relaxed environment so would be looking for someone who fits in with this.
The house is really chilled and everyone gets on, the communal kitchen and dining area is big enough to not feel like you are living on top of one another.
It's a great location, 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction/ Dalston Kingsland. London fields & Lido are a short walk or cycling distance and Ridley road market/ Kingsland shopping centre and All Press coffee right next door.
The house is on a quiet street off Dalston Lane, with no passing traffic and the room is quiet and tranquil.
Currently, everyone takes turns in cleaning the communal areas but we also hire a cleaner once a month. Bills come to around 50/60 per person (i. e. council tax, broadband, water, electricity and gas).
