We are renting a big double room in our great house with an awesome double garden in Bethnal Green, only 5 minutes walk from Bethnal Green underground station, Cambridge Heat/Bethnal Green train stations and Shoreditch overground station.
It's the perfect room for modern times, big enough to have a sleeping area, a chill-out zone and a comfortable "work from home" space with a beautiful glass desk! Of course there is also space to exercise yourself, for those cold days when you don't want to walk 2 minutes to reach the closest park!
The house has 2 floors (the room is upstairs, facing south/west... very sunny!) with 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms in total, big open space living room/kitchen, front/back garden (ready for BBQ!) and a lot of storage space.
Furniture is great and there is everything you need: 2 fridges (1 new and big in the kitchen + another big backup fridge), new high-level washing machine + separate new high-level dryer, new and high-level oven, slicer, bread machine, juicer, 100 MB fibre optic broadband, professional laser colour printer+scanner, huge couch, speakers and so on!
If you like nature you will be amazed by our wonderful double garden with around 2000 (yes, 2000!!!) flowers and flowering plants, a tripudium of colours for fantastic springs, summers and autumns! We are surrounded by parks: Weaver's fields, Haggerston park, London fields, Victoria park and canal are all in the range 2-15 minutes walking, including sunday amenities like Columbia Road Flower Market and Broadway Market.
There are other 3 people living in the house (from Italy and Spain), the atmosphere is relaxed and fun, we're completely independent but also we like to socialize together! We love to feel so good at home and to be so distant from the typical London's nightmare flatshare scenario!! We have a wide range of interests from music to yoga.
Rent is 950 per month (payment by bank transfer) including all bills, deposit is 750. Available from 1st/March
