The room is bright and cosy and available to rent from early mid/late March.

The flat is somewhere you can relax and chill out. It is more of a sanctuary than a party house so would suit someone of a similar mindset who wants to live in a considerate, chilled and tidy place.

The room is a small double, very warm, and comes with a double bed. You benefit from storage space both within a separate room in the flat and in our shed.

We have all the normal amenities and the stunning private terrace. Located in the heart of bustling Bethnal Green the flat is conveniently located for all the East End has to offer.

Close to the tube, overground and buses into central London. As well as all the restaurants, bars the lovely green and open space of Victoria Park and London Fields are close by and Broadway / Columbia markets are a 10 min walk away.

Five mins walk to Bethnal Green tube; 13 mins walk to Shoreditch High Street. Were well connected by buses, and lots of places are walkable- eg London Bridge takes just 45 minutes.

You'll be sharing with one other female. Debs, a trainer and Pilates instructor who is currently mostly working from home (zoom-tastic times).

The rent is 650 excluding bills.
