Im a professional, 30 y.o. guy looking to share a 2-bedroom apartment in central London (Barbican) with another non-smoking, full-time professional aged 28-45 y.o.
The room is available on 1st August for a long-term let only (+12 months). Viewings will take place over the coming weeks.
Im looking to share the flat with a clean, tidy individual, who values their down-time at home, and prefers to socialise outside the flat.
You should be in full-time employment, have a steady income, work regular hours and want to come home at the end of the day to a relaxing environment.
About the property:
The property is spread over two floors with East/West aspects. There is plenty of light in the bedrooms and common areas and it doesnt feel like youre living next to the financial district.
The first floor has a spacious lounge and open plan kitchen with westward views facing private lake gardens.
The bedrooms are on the second floor. There is one toilet and one bathroom, both shared.
The bedroom available comes furnished and is very spacious (approximately 3.5m x 3.6m). Its got a large built in wardrobe, a double bed, a bedside unit, and a set of shelves.
