This must be one of the nicest rental properties on the market (at least if I was an estate agent I would no doubt say that). It is beautiful though and I have lived in it for the last year sharing with a friend.
We have 14 months on our lease and our landlord has asked us to replace ourselves in return for letting us leave early without penalty.
So, we need to replace like for like(ish) so professionals with decent references, either two sharers or a couple.
We are out weekend of 18th Feb, so move in on or shortly after 20th Feb.

Location is insane, right by the park and all the lovely shops, restaurants and pubs of Victoria Park village.
Switching names requires a short but necessary interaction with Foxtons I'm afraid, where they will charge you circa £300 for doing essentially nothing (changing a name on a contract). But, it will be a worthwhile evil! :)
