Flatshare DescriptionHi, we are looking for a flatmate for an amazing 4-bedroom period flat with separate kitchen, bathroom and two separate toilets all spread over 3 floors, with a high standard of decoration throughout.
The flat comes with all mod cons, as you'd expect: wireless internet, washing machine, etc.
There is also a large roof terrace at the back of the flat which is perfect for summer BBQ's and parties.
The room is a double bedroom on the top floor, with laminate flooring and two windows East-facing and West-facing.
We are looking for a professional female/male roughly between 24 and 36.
You would be sharing with three professionals ,Two guys (a graphic designer and producer) and one girl (retail)
We're into London life and fun/chilled to live with. We get on really well and do socialise together but also have our separate lives - it would be good to continue that dynamic with someone likeminded, friendly, CLEAN & HOUSE TRAINED!

The house is directly opposite the big Sainsbury's in Whitechapel - which is extremely handy.
There is a Hair salon downstairs and the flat occupies the 3 floors above it.
1st floor is kitchen with dining space for 5 people, one bedroom, a toilet, utility room and the BIG terrace facing east/south (in the summer we have sun on the terrace all day until around 5pm!).
The second floor has two bedrooms (including mine) and a second toilet.
Your room would be the only bedroom on the top floor, which is also where the bathroom is situated.
We don't have a living room, but we are often hanging out together in the kitchen having meals and chatting.. and during the summer of course the terrace is our second living space!
The bills vary between around £60 (in summer) and around £90 (in winter)... including gas,electricity, water, council tax, Internet and the cleaners are £12 per hour - it would be 3 hours a week, that would mean £36 each a month + rent £651
The flat is situated in the heart of Whitechapel surrounded by excellent infrastructure.- 2 mins walk from Whitechapel tube (District/Hammersmith & City Lines, Overground)- 8 mins walk from Bethnal Green tube (Central Line) great bus connections across the street (25,205,106,254)- and the flat is 15 mins away from all East London delights - Victoria Park, Regents Canal, Broadway Market, Columbia Road, Brick Lane etc-
