Flatshare Description

Im moving from our home of 5 friendly people. Sounds like a lot but it's rare that all of us are in at one time. Plus there are two bathrooms/showers! Everyone is easy going and tidy and likes the occasional drinks and food together.

The room is cosy and bright, has a double bed. Its not a massive room to be honest but it does the trick for feeling like a home and the landlady can give you new furniture or take the current stuff away.

-Bills are around 80-90 pounds per month, includes a cleaner, gas, electric, council. Total rent is 530 per month all in.

-5 min walk from seven sisters tube and tottenham hale stations and south tottenham 7 minutes, really good for transport and connections

-Shops/post office/retail park/gym and the river/marshes/parks in the spring summer!

-Landlord is reasonable she will meet the new tenant and get a signed min 6 month contract.

The house was refurbished when we moved in so its in really good shape for the price and area.
