We live in a terraced house which has a kitchen/dinning room and separate lounge, shower/bathroom and separate toilet with outside space. Parking is available with a permit. The house has wireless internet, freeview and a washer / dryer, and we have a cleaner that comes once every two weeks. The room is 14.5 sqm/156.08 sqft, comes with a double bed , two wardrobes, one bedside table and is on the ground floor.
5 minute walk to Queens Park Tube station / overland and very quick tube ride to central London. Pubs / cafes / delis / restaurants / park all within a few minutes walk. Farmers market on Sunday.
The figures: Rent £538 Bills add up to roughly £112 per person per month at the moment, but that can vary of course Cleaner is paid seperately and is £15 per person per month Deposit is £675
We occasionally cook dinner have a BBQ or watch a movie together, but also leave each other their private space. Looking for sociable outgoing professional, who sees this house as their home. No couples please. We are looking forward to hearing from you with a bit of information about yourself.
