We are looking for a fellow professional to join our relaxed and cosy flatshare.

The flat is a top floor new build with all the usual mod cons. The bedroom to rent is a cosy, fully furnished double room and as one of the other bedrooms is an en suite you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other. AND there is a massive roof terrace with panoramic views of Canary Wharf and the Olympics site!

You'll also be less than five minutes walk from Bow Road tube station and there are other various busses/ DLR transport links closeby. And for the cyclists among you there is a room within the building to store your bicycle. SIMPLES!

We're both busy professionals with our own lives and interests and we're not adverse to going out for a pint together or sharing a meal or drink in the flat. However we both consider the flat a home to relax in after a long and busy day, so if you're looking for wild house parties on a Wednesday night this is not for you.

Oh, and sorry, but no couples. :(
