We're looking for a person to join our established house at Queens Road Peckham, located in a great character complex between Peckham, New Cross Gate and Nunhead. We have a lovely, light modern 4-bed, 3-bathroom house with big windows and a garden. It's part of Frobisher Place, a special complex - which has flats and houses in a converted listed 1930s modernist building. The main building has an indoor swimming pool and gym, and there's a tennis court, with lots of mature trees and a quiet street, all available for residents' use. Friendly neighbours (people and cats).

The room is on the second floor of the 3 storey, 4 bedroom house. It's quite cosy but quiet, private and sunny with a nice outlook to trees and park behind the house. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and shelves. It is right next to a bathroom - the other rooms are ensuite so it's basically your own.

We have a large open plan living area and kitchen downstairs, which opens on to a private courtyard garden, looking on to large trees.

The house has a mix of British and New Zealand occupants (one couple plus 1 other at the moment) and we're looking for a fourth person. We want to feel the house is a home rather than a flat and want to live with interesting, considerate people.

It's an easy 7-9 minute train trip from Queens Road Peckham station to London Bridge station. The newly opened East London overground is just along the road at New Cross Gate for a direct route to east London. There are also lots of frequent buses. We are pretty much equal distance between New Cross Gate, Peckham Rye and Nunhead. Supermarkets at Peckham Rye and New Cross Gate.

The house has wireless broadband and Sky. The rent excludes bills and council tax. Access to pool/gym/tennis court included.
