Hi there! I'm a young professional fashion/costume designer with a double room available in a tidy and spacious split-level flat. The flat is two minutes away from a Zone 2 Bow road tube station and a walkable distance from Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street. Inside it is a warm, well decorated space with a large kitchen and separate living room, which I see very much as a home and not a short-term stay-over. The rent is £480 with around £120 in bills per month. I'm looking for a professional who is just as interested in sharing a tidy, happy home.
