A large 2 1/2 story top floors end of terrace flat with a garden needs a flatmate. There's a sep Kitchen/living room and bathroom/toilet and the available room and living area are HUGE.

Oh and it's a two bedroom place.

Living with a kiwi girl who works hard and plays pretty hard too you'll ideally be a creative, friendly, housetrained, independent type who's into a glass of wine and chat from time to time but has a lot going on.

I'm a vege but not too fussed if you are. Likewise if you're not clean but are happy to pitch in for a cleaner I'm not fussed either. If you wish to smoke in your room that's fine likewise if you wish not too that's fine too. I don't but that's just me.

Would prefer not a couple but again the right people is more important than the number of people.

Move in date is a wee bit negotiable as much loved flattie is moving in with his Mrs and is a bit flexi on that front.
