Hello - we're looking for a friendly, non-smoking woman to join our cosy female-only houseshare in Ealing :o)

THE ROOM is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, large chest-of-drawers and desk with chair. There's also plenty of storage space elsewhere in the house, loft and garage.

THE PROPERTY is a terraced house in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a large lounge/diner with Sky TV and wireless broadband; kitchen with cooker/double oven, microwave and huge fridge and freezer; bathroom and second downstairs WC; utility room with washing machine; gas-fired central heating and air-con; garden; and garage (for storage).

THE LOCATION is Lanark Close, a 15min walk to Ealing Broadway shops and station (Central and District Lines; overground to Paddington). Buses E2, E9 and N7 stop around the corner (about 5mins to Ealing Broadway). Pitshanger Lane with its Co-op, bakery, deli, restaurants, take-aways and library is a 5min walk away.

THE FLATMATES are three women (1 English, 1 New Zealander, 1 Australian... aged 28-31) who work in TV archive research, HR and writing.

THE TERMS – the rent is £360 per calendar month (Council Tax and bills are not included in this rent). Minimum contract of six months. One month’s rent is required as a deposit.

OUR PERFECT NEW FLATMATE would be a non-smoking, mature, professional female. We’d prefer someone who works regular business hours as one of us works from home during the day. Sorry – no couples, blokes or students please (landlord’s preference).
