I'm looking for a easy going, friendly person to share a great two-bed Victorian flat in Bounds Green.

The room available is a large double and contains a comfortable double bed (can use space underneath for storage), wardrobes, original Victorian fireplace and has high ceilings.

The flat itself is located in a very quiet and leafy residential street.

The closest Tube station is Bounds Green station (on the Picadilly line) which is 7 min walk away. Bows Park over ground train station is 5 min away, which will take you to Old Street Station in 15 min.

The flat is on the ground floor of a Victorian house. It has its own access to a secure and lovely back garden which backs on to a canal. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas cooker, oven and microwave. There is a dining area with table and chairs and a (occasionally) sunny living room with patio doors opening out on to the garden. The bathroom has expected facilities, bath, shower and toilet.

You'll be sharing with me, I am an easy going friendly female turning 30 this year,who works as an interior designer near angel.

I'm looking for someone easy going, tidy and considerate.

The room is available from 13th October. monthly rent is £465 per month

Council tax and all other bill are not included and a months deposit is required.
