It's a 3 double bedroom, 4 bathrooms apartment split over 3 levels within a secured mews development, modern interior, wooden floors with a private and a communal garden. The building is about 2 years old, close to Broadway Market, Regents Canal and London Fields. Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Flower Market and Spitalfields are only minutes away. The room can be furnished or unfurnished with a huge private bathroom. Rent is £175 for single, £220 pw for couples, immediate move-in. We're an Italian engineer (female, 33) and a German architect (male, 33) who are interested in music, art, sports, cooking and love to travel.
