Bright double room to rent in our flatshare only two min from Hampstead Heath. The flat is located in a mansion block in a lovely leafy residential area, about 10 min from Belsize Park tube and 1 min from Hampstead Heath Overground station and buses to central London. We're close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants of South End Green and Hampstead Village.

We have a good-sized living room, bathroom with shower/bath, separate kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier. The flat has wireless broadband. There's also a terrace at the back of the flat so we have some outdoor space.

The room itself is a small double, hence the fantastic rent for this part of town. It's nice and light, and comes furnished with a (3/4 width) double bed, chest of drawers, optional clothes rail if you want it, and extra storage/wardrobe space outside the room itself.

A bit about us. We're two professionals (aged 28 and 29), one a magazine deputy editor, the other a doctor. We both lead pretty busy lives and work different hours, so the flat is somewhere clean and tidy and homely where we can get back from an evening out and relax. We're looking to find someone similar - someone considerate, tidy, and friendly when they're around but who also has his/her own life away from the flat.
