Also close to lots of bus routes which will take you to Old Street, Oxford Street, Angel, Camden, Hackney (amongst others). 10 minutes to Mare Street/hackeny Cenral and 10 minute walk to Stoke Newington Church Street. Which has loads of good pubs and restaurants.

Close to clissold park and springdale park which are both really nice green spaces.

You will be sharing with me a 28 year old girl. I work in music which is a big passion of mine. When I am home I like to relax and generally chill out. Looking for someone who is laid back, and been in London a while.
