The house is big with lots of character, large rooms, high ceilings, wooden floors and outside spaces. We have a 30ft lounge with an Edwardian open fireplace and a large outside deck complete with BBQ. All mod cons, fully furnished and funky new decoration.

Near Bounds Green tube and Bowes Park North London line - great links - 18 mins direct to Old Street and Kings Cross and 30 mins to City/West End.

The room available is a large double and comes furnished with wooden flooring and lovely decor.

We’re a small collective of SA (boy), Canadian (boy) and Kiwi/English couple, we're extremely easy-going and friendly. Interests include music, bars, dj-ing, sport, travel, films, chilling out etc.

Looking for someone who is preferably female (as boys outnumber girls at the moment) tidy, friendly and easy to get along with.

It's £95 per week which includes council tax but excludes bills (gas, electricity, water, TV license, Sky, broadband).

It's a non-smoking house but can smoke outside.

We have fab private landlord who will require one month's deposit in advance and one month's rental in advance.

The room is available immediately.
