A furnished three bedroom flat for rent from August end to November (beginning of Dec); the flat occupies the top floor of a large listed Georgian house, which has recently been renovated.

There’s a main bathroom, and an additional shower room; a separate kitchen and a main living room. The flat also comprises of two single bedrooms and a large double, set over a spilt-level layout.

There’s a high standard of decoration, for example, there’s wooden flooring throughout, and a beautiful stained glass feature in the main bathroom. The flat also benefits from the high ceilings, which adds to a sense of space. The kitchen appliances include: a washing machine and dish washer: other facilities - wireless connectivity, and two phones with separate numbers. Please note however, it’s a no-smoking home.

The flat is located 7mins walk from Queens Road train station, and equal walking time to Peckham Rye. Journey times to London Bridge take around 7mins and to Victoria a shade under 15mins, for example. There are a host of buses within 5mins walk to central London, or out to the burbs, these include: 36, 136, 171, 177, 436, P12 and P13.

There are a range of things to do locally. I’m 8mins or so from the cinema, and a shade further to Bellenden Road, which has a number of kool places to eat. Rye Common is also not far away, and as I lack a garden it’s a great place to have a picnic. The high street’s not far too, with the usual array of banks etc etera, and the supermarket’s very close by - Morrison’s. It’s all within 6mins reach, walking distance.

I work as a freelance journalist. I’m about to embark on a project abroad for some months, so the whole flat is available.
