My longstanding flatmate, Rachael is leaving so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take the third room in my lovely split level flat. He/she should be a fun young (ideally non-smoking) professional.

We're in a great location between Clapham North and Stockwell tube stations, and right by Wandsworth Road overground.

I (James) am a filmmaker and the second James (Jim) is a geologist. We're a relaxed and sociable flat that enjoys good cooking, cultural bits and bobs, and sport.

The flat is a three bedroom split level 3rd and 4th floor abode in a brick built 1930s block, with a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, a separate loo, bathroom, sitting room (with Sky TV and wireless broadband), and little south-facing roof terrace.

We're about 10mins walk from Clapham High Street, a quick bus ride away from Battersea Park and the Northern and Victoria tube lines easily speed you to central London and beyond. I cycle everywhere and keep the bike locked up in a store room outside the front door.
