A double room will soon become available (July 16) at our three bedroom flat. This is a well-kept first floor appartment with a large living room and a friendly quiet environment. You will enjoy free broadband, a spacious kitchen with a washing machine, large fridge and your own cupboard. The flat is located on Willesden Lane, just three steps from a bus stop with a convenient day and night route to central London (30 minutes). An eight-minutes walk -- or

less if you get on the bus -- will get you to either Kilburn (zone 2) or Willesden Green (zone 2/3) tube stations, on Jubilee Line. You'll be paying for this £550 per month (bills not included), and a £760 deposit.

You would be sharing with one German and a Mexican couple, all in their late 20s/early 30s who spend their time at home or at the library working on their PhD projects. The person to get the room cleans at all times after him/herself, is tobacco free and considers her/his home is a place to relax, meaning no partying or other loud activities that hinder the peaceful enjoyment of the property by the other occupiers. For council tax reasons, you need to be a student, preferably pursuing a masters or a PhD.
