Hello. I have a very spacious double room to rent in a good quality two bed flat on a nice tree lined street near the desirable Pitshanger area of Ealing Broadway.

The room itself is quite a bit larger than most "double" rooms and is nice and quiet. It comes fully furnished - Double bed, 2 Wardrobes, Drawers, 2 bedside cabinets and plenty of plug socket. You could put in a desk in there too if you wanted to.

The flat is furnished and decorated to a high standard – there’s a lounge with two leather sofas which looks out onto the shared garden, a kitchen with washer/dryer and a bathroom with a decent shower. There’s wireless broadband, phone, a widescreen tv/dvd/hi-fi…

You would be sharing with me, a friendly 27 year old professional male. I’ve lived here for around two and a bit years now and it really feels like home. I’m quite independent but think it’s important to get on really well with who you’re living with. I’m considerate, tidy and like to have a laugh as often as possible. At weekends, if I’m not away seeing friends & family, I like to chill out, have a nice meal and go and do/visit something in London. I’m looking for someone reasonably similar, male or female, in their 20s/30s.

Transport wise, Ealing Broadway station (Central, District and overground - 8 minutes to Paddington) is a ten minute walk and there is plenty of free on-street parking outside the flat. A short walk away is Pitshanger Lane which has loads of little shops/cafes and a great park. Waitrose and Tesco are within 1.5 miles.

Rent is £550 pcm + bills.
